Problem
Network dependent on third-party infrastructure (Kaleido); needed a self-operated, production-grade validator environment.
What I did
Migrated the network to fully independent, self-managed Proof-of-Authority (Besu) validator infrastructure. Designed the multi-cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure). Deployed a stable 4-validator private testnet with consistent block production, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized image lifecycle. Authored the build specification covering 76 Rust crates and a C++ execution engine.
Outcome
Independent, self-operated network infrastructure and the core architecture documents driving broader network execution. Engagement completed on scope.
